Sally Roach is a Senior Manager with over 10 years of experience in the buying and sustainability fields. At the "Aldi Süd" Group, she leads Business Implementation within the International Sustainability Team, spearheading initiatives that improve the company’s environmental impact and operational efficiency across 11 global markets. Before transitioning to the International Sustainability team, Roach spent eight years as a buyer for Fresh Produce, gaining extensive knowledge at both, national level in the UK and within the Global Sourcing department.
