Ivo Rzegotta is Senior Public Affairs Manager Germany at the Good Food Institute. He leads the work of GFI Europe in Germany and the entire DACH region. He works with stakeholders from politics and non-governmental organisations to improve the policy framework for plant-based and cultured meat and fermented foods in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
